## Qualifications

You can qualify for an energy assessment under the Multifamily Program if your property has three or more units per building, and you receive Consumers Energy electric and/or natural gas service.

#### Properties that Qualify as Multifamily Program

#### Properties that DO NOT Qualify as Multifamily Program
