After your energy assessment, your dedicated Energy Advisor will provide a personalized report outlining immediate upgrades — like showerheads and faucet aerators — that can be installed right away. You’ll also receive recommendations for larger projects that qualify for valuable rebates.

Our technicians will install energy-saving products in each unit at no cost to you or your residents. Available Rebates for Energy Saving Improvements

Interested in making larger improvements? Our prescriptive and custom project rebates can make those projects much more affordable, covering up to 50% of the project cost. These energy-efficient upgrades not only reduce energy use but also enhance the comfort and appeal of your property for both current and prospective residents. Rebates are available for a wide range of improvements, making it easier to invest in long-term value and sustainability.

Prescriptive Rebates 

These rebates offer pre-set incentive amounts when you make common upgrades. You are eligible for rebate dollars based on the quantity, size and efficiency of the new equipment or product installed.

Custom Rebates 

These are available for less common energy-saving projects not covered through prescriptive rebates. Custom incentives are paid based on the first-year energy (kWh or MCF) savings. If needed, your project can include prescriptive and custom incentives.
